I was really glad that I actually did lose another 2 pounds this week. I was not as good on my diet as I could have been. Marshmallows at school, found white chocolate chips in the pantry - so much temptation. But I have been working out faithfully. Got my 5k down to 29 minutes 35 seconds today and ran 8k yesterday in 53 minutes. I am looking forward to running outside in one week when I'm in Fiji.
I would have liked to have been down 5 more pounds at this point - but I am pretty happy with my success so far. I need to keep focussed and aim for my goal. I am enjoying feeling much healthier from eating better and working out.
