Hello everyone, I just wanted to give you all a quick update. Saturday, we had to go buy a new computer, and later that day we went to a cookout. Let me tell you, I couldn't begin to put in all the things I ate, let alone explain some of what it was. Needless to say, I ate a lot. Although, I did play volleyball a lot too and ran around with the kids. I had a blast, but I was drinking some of those Smirnoff Ice drinks, I figured they wouldn't be as heavy as beer on a hot day.

Not a lot of exercise this week/weekend, but this is a new week. I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed day. :)

Ditto on not logging on Saturday after graduation party. But that was my intention. Back on track yesterday. Did you have a good time? That's what matters.

That is okay Sherrie, I am right along with you didnt log a whole lot this weekend, but fun is fun and we have to live life.

I didnt log yesterday either. Just didnt want to write down what I was putting in my mouth. Have doctor's appointment this afternoon and we will see what the scale says. Today is a new day

Lots of folks on the same page, lol...I didn't do too good at logging the past 3 days or so, better yesterday I guess. Back to work today at it though.

Back on track for all after the weekend. Life goes on…worked out today, and eating is "watchful"…scale not reflecting my focus…but that will change soon…More cardio workouts and overall awareness in what eating a few cookies or drinking extra calories can do. I just need to go back to the basics here. No Magic, just work and focus…

You are doing great I think volleyball and running around with the kids! I don't like running because my giggly butt so you really got me topped there! I think you did great! and BBQs are an exception in my books if they are once in a while.
