So I knew the 139 was a fluke. However, it has given me some motivation that I can be in the 130s again!

On a different note, I am still hooked on these egg white omelets. To to think I can have something so delicious and filling for so little calories!
142.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
