Sunday morning... last day of birthday celebrations for awhile. Chinese food and cake. tomorrow the whole family is going to be eating healthier. I am going to hide all the chips.. going to through out all the candy. Hide my dark chocolate. cleaning the cupboards.. more veggies and fruit. at all meals. my only problem is getting more water in me. thats my difficulty. I hope to get more family time in also. can't wait until spring! when we can get out and play! I will be in a better shape and more energy. due to eating and exercising right! lets go we can do it!!
