At first I was doing mostly a fruit and vegetable diet because I wanted to lose weight so badly. But I got some advice on here that I shouldn't forgot my protein so I wouldn't lose muscle. And they were so right. So i have been choosing foods that are not necessarily meat but have protein in it. I even tried tofu but I just don't think that has enough protein in it for me to continue to eat it. I eat meat every now and then but I just don't like it. So I get my protein from beans, cheese, and nuts.
