Looking at my Diet Calendar, I see that I have been recording my food since February 25th. So it's been 9 days...and in those nine days I have never been over 62% of my RDI. I'm not sure I should be that low, but I am eating all the time. I'm never hungry. Part of my plan is to eat lean, clean and green...which means most of what I eat is composed of fruits, veggies, and lean protein...so there is not a lot of caloric intake. It used to be I would try to stick with just the three meals a day and maybe a snack in the middle of the day, but I was always hungry. Now I'm never hungry, I drink water ALL day and eat healthy snacks. I'm not sure where else I should be adding my healthy calories. I did notice that my carbs are always high because of the fruit that I am eating...so maybe I should focus more on the protein and less on the fruits.

From what I hear, you should never go below 1200 calores no matter what weight you are. I am thinking maybe you should step it up to that with the lean stuff and get the proteins in and less sugars from the fruits and see what difference that might make.
