How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I personally only truly weigh once a week. There are times that I sneak in an occasional weigh in at night during the week but I want it to be a weekly thing and not an obsessive thing that I have to do all the time.

Gonna Do It!
Hi! My name is Jenn and I am a 29 (almost 30) year old wife, teacher and mother to fur-babies. I am currently at 337.1 which is the highest weight I have ever weighed. My goal weight is 225. I was there just two and a half years ago and FELT GREAT!

I am determined to do it this time! I have told myself over the last few months how much I want to lose weight. Last night I weighed myself for the first time in about 45 days. I had gained 5 lbs in that amount of time and it sickened me. I can't keep getting fatter as I am already heavy enough as it is and I am tired of it. I want my energy back! I want my life back! I want a baby!

I'm hoping that by keeping up with the online support that is here at Fat Secret and the great tools that I have via my phone and the website, I will do it this time.

I am creating a Weight Loss Journey Scrapbook as I go along. I did it before but wasn't habitual. I definitely think that I am a visual person and I need to see the small changes that occur each and every day!

I want to be me again!
