I know I get SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder - during the grey winter months and so I have to make an extra effort to get up and get my day started. I make a 'to do' list for the next day and it helps me focus on getting a few things done, even if I just put on it - Shower and put on make up!
Have your kids ever answered the phone and told the caller " She's on the toilet?" NOT FUNNY! LOL
