Hm, I dont feel like working out this morning at all. Any motivational comments?

Just put on the workout clothes. Once I put mine on, my motivation begins to return.

The more you workout today, the extra calories you can eat tonight!! Decide something you would like to indulge on tonight and make it a mission to earn it through a good workout that burns the equivalent calories to keep you on track! Today I am going to Genghis Grill and having myself a bowl of noodles w/a ton of veggies and all kinds of sauces! Gonna be an awesome workout today for sure!

Just think about how good it feels after you get an instense workout in...that exhausting but relieving feeling that you've accomplished something towards your goal!
