Absynthia's Journal, 20 June 2014

The past 3 days at work have been very physically demanding and I've also worked a lot of hours. I woke up very stiff and full of aches this morning, and my weight is up 3 lbs. It's not my day to weigh in yet and I haven't cheated, so I'm not going to worry about it. I hope it's just fluid due to overworked muscles and tired, swollen ankles, and that it will come back off today since I finally have a day off and can rest!

Sore muscles means they are retaining fluid. Give it a few days and those pounds should be gone plus some. Cherries are supposed to be good for that. When I was painting my kitchen and dining room, the scale went up 4 pounds and my muscles were so sore. It will go away.
