I am looking forward to going to the gym today but I am having to take a break from my treadmill. I have hurt my foot and I am not sure exactly how. It is the same foot I tore all the ligaments in and broke the small bones on the outside of my foot a while ago. I think it just flared up from walking and running so much. I started running laps in my backyard this last weekend. I have always wanted to run but my body just couldn't handle it. I ran laps for about 20 minutes Saturday while the kids were riding the horses. I would run 4 or 5 and then take a break for a few minutes and run some more. We did a lot of walking at the art's festival on top of working out Saturday as well. I am wanting to start the 30 day shred workout this summer when I won't have so many kids in the house to worry about tripping over. I am going to order it through Wal-Mart and have it shipped to the store and I am there almost everyday any way so I can pick it up. That would make it a lot easier to get a workout in while the kids are still sleeping in the mornings and then we can go swimming and have time on the treadmill at the gym as well. I am still working on donations for our friends that lost their house yesterday, thank the good Lord no one was hurt and they have insurance. It just waiting for that insurance check to come through and getting things cleaned up ready for building to begin.
