I have fallen off the wagon a bit this weekend and have decided to get back into it seriously. I am on leave this week so I really need to stick to it. It's harder to stick to a diet when you are off work.
192.9 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
