I have been so busy in work I have not had time to update my diet calendar. Easter is upon us and I think once that is out the way it should calm down. I am still eating healthy and loosing slowly but at least something is happening.

I know it's hard to keep up with. I tend to stress eat so it helps me to do it in the evenings and remind myself not to pick bad things.
