so I got a bit intoxicated on monday, which led to me consuming 1500 calories worth of brie cheese after dinner. because of that I dropped my intake during the week, leveling out at just under 7000 for 7 days, about my average since I started 15 weeks ago. still lost a good amount of weight, so all good.
I'm a couple of kilos away from a normal BMI under 25. I'm leaving for my summer vacation in 10 days, so I might go a bit lower during the next period just to achive this breakthrough.
Lastly, I've been experiencing ulnar wrist pain from lifting for the last 10 days. I carefully pushed through with the help of wrist wraps, and it's starting to go away, so I'm happy that I avoided a more long lasting injury there.
