I ate waaaaay too much yesterday and I didn't work out. We went to a bar instead and then a small party afterward. Up all night, followed by the second heavy meal of the day and then bed. Not great. I had no idea how many calories I eat a day when I have money until now. I'm glad I started trying to keep track.
