Darnit, I have a problem with overeating sushi when we go out.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

oh my gosh..me too! :/ i like the not so healthy rolls also.

yeah sushi is awesome! I always feel sheepish when I order for my husband and I.. (we get carry out) they give us like 5 pairs of chop sticks.. I feel bad and I dont want to say.. ummm yeah this is just for two people and we will eat it all tonight! But at least I like the healthier rolls.. nothing tempura.. but I do love a cali roll with roe. I am sure that crab mixture has some sort of food lube in it. (mayo) or something fatty! Tuna is my go to roll! So I have to have a tuna and a cali.. then some sea weed salad.. and occasionally miso soup.. and my husband gets nearly the same thing.. minus the salad and add some nigiri.. yep.. and they give us 4 or 5 chop sticks.. no wonder hunh!

Good morning Coco! Who can resist a temptation with good sushi! I love them. I love miso soup as well as seaweed salad. Have a happy & healthy Wednesday!:)

Thanks for visiting, buddies! I know -- sushi is good for you, right? It seems so healthy, but the calories in those fatty little pieces of fish and rice really add up. And the salty soy sauce makes me retain water like crazy. Well, at least I'm not eating as much bbq as I had been.

I believe sushi is still lower calorie than most of American or Italian dishes. And I feel my body can digest them easily. I don't dip much in soy sauce. Just a drop for each piece:)
