I wish the weight would come off faster like it did in the beginning...unfortunately I am not that patient about working out so hard and being so diligent about what goes in my mouth...and seeing only a 1 lp weight loss every few days. Hmmmmm...
163.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You have to keep your expectations realistic. Most people lose a pound or two a week and that is normal. Losing too fast means you are losing muscle and that is not a good thing. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest. It also means you are lean and strong. It takes a lot of time, patience and hard work to lose weight and look good. I am lucky to lose 2 pounds a month. You are doing great. Patience and persistence will get you to your goal.
