Had my daily fix today, the workout was great and love the way it make me feel afterwards even thought I go to work right after it makes the first few hours at work very enjoyable instead of hating that im there. So these workout are helping all around.

For the last three days I've told myself I'm going to get up at 5:30am to work out. It hasn't happened yet. Maybe tomorrow! Great job on working out early in the AM!! Its hard for me to sacrifice my sleep.
