I planned my meals for today, made a small change but I stayed at the same calories and by making a change will get in all my points for the day. I was a little under at first. I still had a treat and a soda (bad girl), but I was out of bottled water at home. I am feeling a lot better mentally and physically. I had a few days of depression but the sun is shining and I am feeling better. I have trouble with depression related to the weather. This winter has been hard on me because it is nice one day and then cold so all I want to do is hibernate until the sun comes out again. Well I wish you all a good weekend and I am gonna try to weigh in today or tomorrow. I need to buy a scale it would make weigh ins easier.

Weekly Measurements:
Thighs 22 1/4 start 24 in
waist 34 1/2 start 40 1/2
hips 36 1/2 start 37 1/2
buttocks 38 start 41

That is a total inches lost 11.75 in one month.
