The problem is I eat well for 3/4 of the day and then right at the end I eat something super unhealthy and ruin my diet. I don't know how to stop doing that.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well rest assured you r not the only 1. :) Maybe its the winding down that gets us? Maybe we should try Starting our diet and motivation at the end of the day, then after having accomplished supper and in between bedtime, then the morning comes, and bkfst and lunch are much easier ?

i try to eat a big enough dinner so that i'm not hungry in the evening. my dinners are more diet friendly than my snacks. also, i check fat secret at night to keep me motivated.
