Morning workout in. Though not as long (and maybe not as good) as my usual ones. I missed breakfast (around 250 calories worth), though, so I was lacking a bit (or a lot) of energy. Tried my best though.
**MORNING WORKOUT** Bowflex Xceed: -Flys 3 x 8 (35lb. ea/side) -Pulsating Squats 3 x 40 (no weights) -Bicep Curls 3 x 8 (35lb. ea/side) -Hamstring Curls 3 x 20 (35lb. ea/side) -Overhead Backwards Press 3 x 10 (100lbs. total) -Overhead Forward Press 2 x 10 (100lbs. total)
...since I missed breakfast, I decided to have 2 of my lactation bars (instead of just one). Also added some Metamucil to my water since I need it. Besides missing breakfast, I also haven't had a full bottle of water at all today; so not much to drink either. Got up my intake quick!
**EVENING WORKOUT** Treadmill: Time: 43 minutes Dist: 9.8 laps (2.45 miles) Incl: 4.5, 5, 6.5, 7 Spd.: 2, 3, 3.5, 3.7, 4 mph Burned: Calories: 421 Fat Cals: 131
...evening cardio is starting to become a little tedious. Doing 20 minutes is one thing; but trying to get 40-43 minutes has become boring. I'll burn out soon if I don't do something different. Not sure what else to do for cardio though...
