**MORNING WORKOUT** Jillian Michael's "30 Day Shred" (had a hard time with it. Lacking sleep/insomnia kicked in last few days.) Had to take short breaks in between, but managed to complete it. -Scissor Crunches 2 x 30 (no weights)
**EVENING WORKOUT** Bowflex Xceed: -Overhead Forward Press 2 x 10 (100 lbs. total) -Overhead Backward Pres 2 x 15 (100 lbs. total) -Biceps Curls 2 x 8 (35lb.) 4 x 5 (35lbs.) -Hamstring Curls 2 x 15 (35lb.) -Squats 3 x 25 (no weights) -Pulsating Outward Squats 2 x 40 (no weights) -Flys 2 x 15 (30lbs.) -Pulsating Flys 2 x 25 (30lbs.) -Overhead Backward Press 2 x 15 (100lbs total) -Overhead Forward Press 1 x 10 (100lbs. total) -High Knees 1 x 25 (no weights)
...was in a bad mood. No, scratch that. I was down right pissed off. And yet, I still don't think I made a dent in my weightloss. That's probably going to piss me off even more. But at least the anger gave me energy to workout this evening. Ate too much for lunch/dinner period. :( Could barely do my morning workout, but had more than enough energy to workout tonight. Should have done more. But didn't know what other exercises to do.
