Good morning all-

need to put in writing some mini goals

i have official hit the 170's- but am anxious to leave them behind me LOL

so i figure by 4th of july weekend- 175

by aug 1st 169

by the time school starts back up 165

gives me what i think are realistic goals aprox 1 lb/week- and if i push and meet them sooner YEA !!!

i think it wll help to keep me motivated over the summer
