So, I'm starting FS over again - I had another profile, but only guessed at my weight and holy monkey was I off. I guessed that I weighed 225, as I weighed 224 at my last doctor's visit. I got on a friends' scale today, and saw a big fat 239 staring at me. That makes me the largest I've ever been, and I'm not happy about that. I lost 40 lbs 2 years ago, and I started at 228 at that point. I know I can do it again, but I CANNOT let myself return to this time and time again. Gaining the weight back was the quickest and easiest thing I've ever done, lol. So...I've set my goal at 170, which, I know is over 50 lbs away...so in the short term, I would like to be 225 by the middle of April. That's 13 pounds, and I think it's attainable. If anybody knows of any detox supplements that helped to kickstart their own weight loss, please let me know.

You have a very attainable goal. Personally I would say that eating healthier is the best detox supplement you can have. I find I lose the most weight when I cut back on calories, fat, and carbs at the same time. Also, if you can do it, do some form of exercise after your last meal of the day. I find that if I exercise before that I tend to get too hungry and overeat. Good luck!
