So…first time to the gym in months due to COVID. Upper body strength down about 40%. I hope the muscle loss isn’t why I’ve lost weight. ☺️ Anyway felt good to get out and work the body more than just walking and cycling. High cal weekend. Back on track tomorrow. Hope you’ve all had a great weekend.

There may be some weight loss from the difference in your musculature, but if your pictured meals are a good representation of your usual eating habits, then a good part of it will also be fat loss. You’re doing great. One foot in front of the other… 😊
