Well, this month has been CRAZY! My infant was in the hospital for a week with RSV and that totally threw me off track as far as my diet goes. Then there was Valentine's day and those wonderful Chocolate covered strawberries. AHHH!! However, I must say that even though I struggled with my food intake this month I DID exercise at least 3 times a week or more and that helped! I will be happy if I didn't gain any weight this month. I FULLY intend to hit it hard for the rest of this month and all of March. I HAVE to continue.
