Well, another month begins and I'm sticking to it, but I find myself trying to stretch my points and using all my bonus points. :( Come on, I CAN do this, no, I HAVE to do this. I have two little girls that need me to set a great example on self- discipline. Today I plan on drinking a ton of water and walking/jogging 3.2 miles. We have a track nearby that I've been using, I love it. The Y is a good 20 minutes away and it ends up taking about 2 hrs of my day up by the time I go and come back, if not longer. Maybe I will do that once a week.
