I'm having a good day. Eating right, exercising, and going to a parade tonight. The scale was back down to where I started at the beginning of the week, so there is hope for this week to have a loss.

As long as I stay on track, things will be fine. I am hoping to be below 210 by the end of next week. Woohoo!
