So I checked to see if my scale was just going bananas, and after accurately weighing a 15lb weight it seems right. Guess I am just losing weight. I didn't expect to lose that much though, or that fast! Maybe I should up my calories, I don't want to lose strength...
142.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
