More snow today ... busy day on the road at work today. Two visits in two different counties!!! So, I'll be eating on the run in my car! A little "up" today but I'm okay with it. I am getting better at taking Frank's (my scale) fluctuations more in stride. I know what I ate, I know how much I exercised, and I know I am making good progress. Hope everyone out there has a healthy and content day!!

You named your scale Frank? How funny! Hummm! What should I call mine??? What is your job that has you hopping all over the country side? I am guessing visiting nurse? Or you are in sales? Our snow is melting but it is still glove weather at least for me, I am cold blooded. LOL. Have a safe driving day and keep up the good work. :-)

Lmao - I never thought to name my scale! That is so funny. Thank you for the laugh. It does sound like you are going to have a VERY busy day, but you have such a great attitude and spirit about it all. Great job!

Yes ... my mom and I named our scale. Fickle Frank ... Frank for short!! Frank just tells it like it is on any particular day. Mom and I ask each other every morning what Frank had to say, if we are on speaking terms with Frank ... something of that nature. We are easily entertained!! LOL!! I am a Marriage Family Therapist that works for an early intervention program for children birth to three years of age. Our services are provided in the child's natural environment ... usually their home. Therefore I sometimes do quite a bit of driving since the area I live in is rural and fairly large.

I would imagine you have very interesting days and they could be stressful at times. How rewarding when the parents work with you and improve situations. Good for you, doing something to help young children get a better start in life. :-)

I love my work. We are the birth to three "special education" so to speak ... working with children with developmental delays, conditions that increase risk of developmental delay, premature births, so on and so forth. Part C of IDEA. I feel quite fortunate that families invite me into their lives for a short while. Plus ... it's great to be around babies and not be responsible for diaper changing!! LOL!!

OMG! I LOVE the fact that you named your scale. You know....I think I might give my WiiFit Balance Board a name. Maybe I wouldn't hate it so much when it's not being very nice to me. LOL I know how hard traveling can be. My mom was a home health nurse for a while.
