Dinner was such a guesstimate because I'm always throwing things together and not measuring. Tonight was a red lentil, quinoa, and spinach soup topped with homemade sauerkraut. How much quinoa? Dunno - it was a leftover. How much did I eat? Until I was satisfied.

It was pretty amazing 😁 If there were an actual recipe, I'd give it to you 😉 I've been reading up on the gut microbiome and trying to learn how to feed my gut bacteria properly, and this fit right in.
