Hi everyone! I'm back from my holibobs in the Lake District and did quite a bit of walking while I was there. Also climbed a hill in Ambleside to see waterfalls which was hard going but worth the trip. Unfortunately, I don't think all that exercise counter-balanced all the glorious food at our hotel! I haven't weighed yet. I'm waiting for Friday Morning. My regular weigh day. I'm not optimistic and fear I will probably be very disappointed :( I've already started back on my 4 pints of water a day and plan to try to eat as healthily as I can this week to minimise the shock! I've included a pic of some of the climb to the waterfalls!
