Taking all the necesary steps to get my weightloss surgery date. Need to lose a couple of lbs before. Phentermine does the trick and does not require studying a new diet, etc. Just take the pill, make better choices and you are good. It's worked for me short term before, have never really tried going past a couple of months with this. I'm sure it works for those who stick to it, heck many diets work if you stick with them. . .that is the reason I'm having weight loss surgery. I'm done with the ups and downs (vertical sleeve gastrectomy).
