I had it in my head that i would go to the gym last night. When i got home from work i was all ready to go.... then one thing after another backed me up. Finally after dinner i said screw it! I went to the gym around 9pm. Got on that treadmil and i'm so glad i did! After i got my second wind it wasn't bad. Getting my butt there today too!
