I need to get back on the wagon. I am feeling discouraged. All the ups and downs... I just have to remember.. Try not, do or do not, there is no try.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It can be hard to get started. Make up your mind to do it, purpose your mind to do it, and just get started. You've already proven you can lose weight because you've done it before, you can do it again! Any day is a great day for a new start.
