Whew! Well, today is Day2 of FSD and I'm trying my best to stay focused and remember this is for my HEALTH!!! Even though I don't have any current health factors, I'm trying to prevent possible health factors.
My problem is snacking!! I don't snack much, but when I do snack, I like to snack on crunchy food! So, hmmm, how do I handle that? LOL! Anyway, looking forward to the duration of Phase 1!
