Still feeling great after going to the gym yesterday. I have missed going so much, more than I even realized. Feeling a little sore but thats expected since I haven't been to the gym in such a long time. Hopefully ill get there tomorrow again ! Ate pretty well today too, still need to add more fruits and vegetables to my daily life. One day...
