Happy Sunday everyone-
well had a good weigh in- was 182.6 for 1/2 the week but i am always reluctant to take the loss unless i see it for a day or 2 so this morning when i was less- i stepped off and then back on expecting it to be an error but nope- YEA !!
so gonna with gods continued help keep up what has been working-
the sun is shining- have a blessed day all - gonna grab my coffee and some breakfast
