Comments 
expecting to gain weight this week, very stressful at work and an injury is keeping me from all exercise. I will either have put on a pound or remain steady. Not going to beat myself up as I have not fallen off the wagon entirely, just not doing as well as I should and I know exactly WHERE I have failed.
