Gonna do it, by golly. For the first time in forever, I have my ducks in a row. I woke up early enough to eat a healthy breakfast, have a cup of coffee and put on my work out clothes. All I need to do is put on my shoes. I'm attempting to do the couch to 5k program. I work with some very athletic and supportive people at my job, my boss even runs marathons! I get great advice and encouragement from them and Im hoping that by focusing on health and not weight that my overall wellbeing will improve. I've known people who developed such a passion for running that it caused them to lose weight, quit smoking, sleep better, etc. I'm hoping for all of the above. I'll walk out the door in 20 mins and try to journal again when I'm done.
