1 week to go before I'm back at corporate. Didn't drive this morning as planned, so lil sis is pissed, but did FINALLY take a shower, so I am feeling better. I don't think I've ever gone a week before, so was pretty desperate.

Depression, anger, self destructive tendencies are all rearing their ugly heads as I face the inevitable. Recognizing the behaviors and fighting back is all I can do at this point.

I have to be able to drive 14 miles twice daily and wear a bra & shoes for at least 10 hours by next Thursday! Yesterday morning I managed 3 stops before I had to turn the Jeep over to my sister to drive me home. Wore bra, sandals, and a waist band all day so training did began. Tomorrow our goal is for me to make it to a gas station (supposed to have done that this morning) and Metro Center Mall. Saturday I might be driving on my own, depending on lil sis schedule, so PLEASE keep sending those good vibes. I HAVE TO DO THIS!

Neurologist office wants me to get FMLA paperwork for them to fill out, just in case I find it too excruciating. That way they can show their recommendation that I be allowed to continue working from home was ignored. This would be the first step required, should I need to go about filing for disability. Don't know how that'd even go with all of the Trump Presidency created restrictions still in effect. Too much to think about...I need more coffee...
240.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
