I usually start my day with this before going to the gym. Don’t use the chocolate milk though I should try!

Dang, this does the trick every time. I could have slept 10 hours. No luck, time to head to the gym. This was Fairlife chocolate milk. So good.

Looks like you are putting a chocolate protein drink on top! Which I’ll admit I have done also.

Try Fairlife vanilla shakes. The one that are 150 calories and 30g of protein. They are very good IMO. This chocolate milk is pretty high in protein and delicious. I like it a lot more than normal chocolate milk.
