Having a really bad day today. I feel so depressed. I just want to lock myself away from everyone.
I'm also restarting my diet today. Having not bothered for a while and eating everything is sight.
I am hoping I can stick to it but I have very little willpower when it comes to food. I also keep thinking it won't do any harm I will just start the diet again tomorrow (i've been saying that for 4 years).
I feel huge, my belly is really bloated from all of the junk yesterday. I just want to take a magic pill and have it all disappear overnight.
