Eh. Scale going up even though I had a good eating day (still need to record it) and spent an hour at the gym.
The micro changes on the scale drive me nuts even though I use the Happy Scale app. I wonder if a weekly weigh in is better for me?

You have a little different than me,how exciting a professional chief,and meeting new people everywhere now that would be damn hard for me a Sunday brunch every weekend and I bet they all have their own special dish I'm a collector of church cook book's boxes of them and I remember my mother would always put recipes in, Good Luck
