digestion is improving. avoiding gluten. i think i do better. i'm getting better about drinking more water. focused on eating more fat/carbs. had sugar craving last night so went to whole foods and bought a mini gluten free cake and macaroon. then i couldn't fall asleep. it was good. been eating dark chocolate. not sure if eggs are messing me up too or the dark chocolate.

Dark chocolate can keep you up. Doesn't usually affect me, but it does my wife and daughter. If you eat it, do it earlier in the day.
