I'm so frustrated! I have been eating so well, with the exception of Valentines Day and I've been exercising daily. Still the scale just continues to creep up & up. I take a fiber suplement, eat lots of veggies, lean protein, keeping my total daily calories under 1200. I do have hypothyroidism and that doesn't help for sure. I have a dr. appt. next month so hopefully she can help me out.

Diet Calendar Entries for 17 February 2011:

I just looked at your diet calendar and it looks like you are doing all of the right things. Unlike a lot of people on here I agree with your approach of keeping calories, fat, and carbs in check. Do you do cardio to get your heart rate up? Do you eat late at night?

I'm 53 yrs. old and have arthritis so I know my cardio limits...I do kickboxing 2x per wk and then yoga most other days and usually i fit in 1-2 days of mild weight training. I don't eat late at night either. I'm wondering if i should join weight watchers...i'm really frustrated right now. Thanks for your reply.

Good morning ali! I don't see anything wrong in your food intake either. That sounds like a good idea to see a doc. Your calories are pretty low and I don't think you can go lower than that.. Cheer up, ali, maybe your body try to adjust the change right now and it will soon be nice to you with dropping some pounds! Happy Thursday to you!:)

Thanks for the encouragement Lily. I'm looking forward to seeing the doctor, but appt. isn't for a few more weeks. I'll just watch how things go from til then....by the way, today was sunny and pleasant here in CT~how refreshing!!! THings are looking up!
