I am making progress yet suddenly the goal seems so far away. How boring. I am not a quitter though.

ヤママユガ先生: you always mentioned “silhouette” and it made me think. That’s actually a goal worth aiming for. You are the first person who persuaded me to pay attention to toning workouts. Thank you! I find macro maintenance difficult. No matter how much I try, the protein ratio in my diet remains small. I refuse to use supplements or protein drinks, and lately meat became repulsive. @ Y I love swimming as well. This is a good full-body workout that can make you look lean but still strong.
