Well, I couldn't resist the lure of the pina colada cake and had a small slice. First cheat since I started this. The scale did not move up but made me wake up feeling ravenous, so going to stuff myself with low carb food and try to recover. :(

Having a small treat once and a while won't derail your diet (unless you can't get back on plan). You have to live while you lose and many times having an occasional treat will help keep you on track because you either stop the craving or realize it was as tasty as you thought it would be. So just get back on plan and you will be fine.

Thanks and I realized that it really was the coconut I was wanting more than the cake itself, so I bought some unsweetened coconut. Now I just need to figure out something to do with it!
