I will not be weighing in today for it is the day after Mother's Day and the children fed me well. I am back on track this morning and will weigh in tomorrow. I am counting on weighing a smidgen more than I did 2 days ago. Good luck to all. Keep focused no matter how difficult. Don't give up. If you fall the wagon, get back on asap.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
