Hey folks,
I passed the challenge halfway last week... but forgot to record my progress... sorry team.
I walked at least 3 times last week for 30 mins... but I don't know if it would be considered fat burning.
I went off the diet quite significantly and gained about 5-7 lbs back. This is after some crazy meals, however today I am right back on the wagon in terms of eating... and I am exercising like you wouldn't believe.
Monday - 50-60minutes of walking around the track and 25 minute (30 day Shred workout)
